SpeechPilot writes what you say into the input field where your cursor sits — on any website, without the clipboard and without switching to another window. Built for everyone who types the same things all day: chat support, customer service, moderation, administration. No monthly fees. No follow-up costs. You pay once and the features you bought stay unlocked. The licence key covers 3 devices. It is checked once a day at most, and without an internet connection everything keeps working for up to 14 days. Each plan contains everything from the cheaper plans — Complete is a single 49 € purchase covering macros and the sidebar. Dictation stays free permanently and without a time limit; the paid parts are marked below with their plan. DICTATION — BASIC Turn on the microphone, speak, done. Punctuation is spoken along ("period", "comma", "new paragraph"). The text appears directly in the field, not in a separate window. LANGUAGES Interface and recognition are set separately, each in German, English or Spanish. Switching the interface language takes effect immediately; the recognition language applies the next time you turn on the microphone. EMOJI WORDS AND REPLACEMENTS — STANDARD You decide which word inserts which emoji — say "wink" and your smiley is in the field. The list is yours: your own words, your own characters, as many as you like. Names and words the recognition keeps getting wrong are corrected automatically: "christof with ph" becomes "Christoph". THE PAGE CAN'T LISTEN IN Recognition runs in the extension's own, shielded frame. The page you are on sees neither the audio nor the recognised text — all it receives is what lands in the input field. Recognition itself is handled by Chrome's built-in Google speech recognition, as in most dictation extensions. ACCESS ONLY WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT SpeechPilot starts only when you click its icon, and works only in the tab you release to it that way. That is why installation shows no warning about "reading all your data on all websites". EVERYTHING STAYS WITH YOU Macros, emojis, replacements, lists and settings can be saved to a file and loaded back. MACROS: SPEAK A SHORTCUT INSTEAD OF TYPING A WALL OF TEXT — COMPLETE Recurring answers sit behind a shortcut. Say "A one" — the whole text is in the field. Shortcuts are also recognised as "A 1" or "A-one". Macros can be searched, filtered by first letter, checked for duplicate texts and saved to a file. A lock after use prevents the same text from going out twice — either for a few minutes or until you reset it. SIDEBAR WITH PROFILES — COMPLETE A sidebar you can fold out on the right: rows of two text snippets each, plus three drop-down lists you name and fill yourself. Every button writes into one field it is linked to — you link it by shift-clicking the button and clicking the target field. Create as many profiles as you need for different sites or tasks. A NOTE ON PREPARED TEXTS Some platforms have rules about whether and how prepared texts may be used. Check the rules of the site you work on and follow them — that responsibility is yours.
