I bought a subscription to the service on PC on my superumwb@gmail.com account (payment Revolut), unfortunately the premium option for Android did not activate. According to the instructions on the website, I made a new purchase on my Android smartphone and the account charged me again. However, on another device – a tablet logged in with the same goggle account, there is also no premium account, and an attempt to upgrade to premium requires another fee. 2024-04-07 I sent an e-mail to admin@speechlogger.com for a refund, but I have not received it to this day. I'm waiting for this problem to be solved.

Doesn't Always Work
I love the program when it works. I upgraded to the paid version but a lot of the time when I click the microphone icon to add text to a message or document it doesn't seem to work...can you help?

Worked great on Chrome for an hour then just stopped working
Hi there,
I was very pleased to find this app. It worked great on Chrome for an hour then it just stopped working at all. I was planning to buy the prem account after testing it out, but this is discouraging since there are only a few variables that I can control or test.
Please help - there are a few others on the list with the same issue.

Das Programm erkennt die deutsche Sprache nicht. Liegt es daran, dass ich die kostenlose Version nutze? Gerne kaufe ich das Upgrade, dann muss aber sicher gestellt sein, dass die deutsche Sprache einstellbar ist.

I have paid the subscription fee, USD 9. for one year for speechnotes premium on 27.02.2023. My subscription is valid upto Feb 26, 2024. I am not able to see any emoji or text stamp after clicking the voice speech icon. Please, guide me.
