немам могућност чувања белешки у speechnotes dictation

здраво, до пре два месеца сам преко Google Chrome редовно користила програм Speechnotes и он је чувао у свом фолдеру с. леве стране већу количину белешки. Oдједном је то престало да функционише. Сачува само оно што последње диктирам. и то често у више примерака. Када избришем један од тих идентичних докумената остали добију. аутоматски ознаку. "nulll". Kupila sam GO PREMIUM, очекујући промену и чување података, али проблем се одржава. Шта препоручујете..(радим са Windows 10.)

Compatibility Issue with Speechnotes and ChatGPT

Dear Speechnotes Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the Speechnotes Speech to Text extension. It works perfectly on all websites except for ChatGPT (chat.openai.com).

Specifically, the microphone icon does not appear in the ChatGPT text input box, making it impossible to dictate directly. The extension has all necessary permissions, and my microphone works without issues in other applications and websites.

Could you please assist me in resolving this compatibility issue?

Dictation not getting typed.

I'm reaching out for assistance because when I log into the web-based application through Chrome on my laptop, I cannot find the option to log in as a premium user. I already paid the amount for premium status. At the same time I am unable to activate the mic on this site for dictation. Could you please advise. Thank you!

Android Phone and Laptop

I'm reaching out for assistance because when I log into the web-based application through Chrome on my laptop, I cannot find the option to log in as a premium user. I already have premium status on my Android phone. Could you please advise me on how to transition to my premium account on the laptop? I see options for uploading or upgrading, but that doesn't help me since I am already a premium user. I look forward to your support and guidance on this matter. Thank you!

Doesn't always work

This is what the service worker says
Unchecked runtime.lastError: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist.
Also when clicking the hidden icons arrow the speechnotes microphone icon is flickering.

Words without spaces between them

When dictating and I pause to think about how to word something then continue, the output does not place a space between words. I feel this is more of a bug to be honest. A pause is only indicative of a 'space' or the end of the sentence (or train of thought). In no circumstance would it be logical to just start exactly in the same spot as the last word produced

Greetings,

A viable alternative to Microsoft owned (now) Dragon would be GREAT, so PLEASE keep developing this! That said: I notice a lot of posts of people who purchased the paid version then experienced it stopping working. Wondering if they ever got help. (I don't see any replies from the Developer Team. ) Maybe it's too much to reply to each one, but some general reply or remark would be REASSURING to those of us interested in supporting this product. ...

I bought a subscription to the service on PC on my superumwb@gmail.com account (payment Revolut), unfortunately the premium option for Android did not activate. According to the instructions on the website, I made a new purchase on my Android smartphone and the account charged me again. However, on another device – a tablet logged in with the same goggle account, there is also no premium account, and an attempt to upgrade to premium requires another fee. 2024-04-07 I sent an e-mail to admin@speechlogger.com for a refund, but I have not received it to this day. I'm waiting for this problem to be solved.
