It may make speech easier to hear in supported videos, podcasts, and other audio in Chrome. Simple controls • Turn Speech Focus on or off with one switch. • Move the Amount slider from Gentle to Strong to find a setting that suits you. • Use the button on a video to turn Speech Focus on or off without leaving the video. • Your choice applies to supported media across your open tabs. Your settings stay saved when you close the popup. Your audio stays on your device Speech Focus does not use your microphone or record your audio. It checks media addresses to see whether the sound can be adjusted. It saves your on/off choice and Amount setting on your computer. It does not send audio or media addresses to Singer Audiology. You choose whether to allow this local processing the first time you turn it on. What to expect Speech Focus changes the balance of sound. It does not remove background noise or separate a voice from other sounds. It does not work with every website or player. Some protected videos and streams are not supported.
