SpeakFill fills browser-based clinical forms from your voice. Open a form in your EHR or practice management system, click the microphone in the SpeakFill side panel and speak naturally. When you press Stop, SpeakFill puts each part of what you said into the matching field, for example diagnosis code, diagnosis, findings and plan. Spoken numbers become digits with units, such as 160/95 mmHg. How it works 1. SpeakFill reads the names of the fields in the open form. 2. You dictate. The panel shows a timer and the audio level. 3. You press Stop. The fields fill within seconds, and each filled field is highlighted. 4. You check the text and save the form yourself. SpeakFill never clicks Save or Submit. What you need - A system that runs in Google Chrome as a website, with fields you can click into and type. - A microphone and an internet connection. Desktop programs and systems opened through remote desktop are not supported. Privacy - SpeakFill never reads what is already written in the form. It sees only field names, field types and dropdown choices. - It works only on sites you approve, one site at a time. - Your recording is sent to SpeakFill's speech and language model providers to fill the fields.
