Overview

Use Amazon Web Services (AWS) AI Services (Amazon Polly, Translate and Rekognition) on the browser easily.

This extension allows users to try AWS AI services easily while interacting the page they view. * Listen the selected text with Amazon Polly * Translate the selected to another language (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Turkish) with Amazon Translate * Read Authy tokens to input fields using Amazon Rekognition * Detect text in an image in the page using Amazon Rekognition Actions are triggered by right click. You can access commands in the context menu. After you installed the extension, you should enter your AWS credentials by clicking the page action 'Set AWS Credentials' in the Chrome toolbar. Enter your AWS Access Key, Secret Access Key and select your AWS region. Please note that you should give minimum permissions for the credentials you have specified for Amazon Polly, Translate and Rekognition and you should keep your credentials private. The extension works perfectly fine once you know how to set it up. I included instructions below for an easy five minute setup. 1: https://console.aws.amazon.com/iam/home?#/security_credentials 2: Click Access keys (access key ID and secret access key) and it will generate an AWS Id/Secret. 3: Click the extension icon and enter the key and secret. 4. Click the region area and if you're in the USA type the letter u and you'll get a drop down with USA regions, e will give you EU regions etc. ... Show more

It does work, on selected text only... and I could use a stop speak button...
