Souvenir — Capture Web Elements as PNG
Overview
Capture any webpage element as a transparent PNG. Copy it instantly or save it to a searchable collection.
Capture any part of a webpage as a clean PNG without taking a full screenshot, manually cropping it, or removing the background. Right-click. Collect. Paste. Souvenir lets you capture a card, chart, table, or entire section of a webpage and copy it straight to your clipboard. Your image is ready to paste into Figma, Slack, documents, presentations, or email. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH SOUVENIR • Capture any element: Select a card, chart, table, or whole section directly on the page. • Get a clean PNG: Capture tall elements, with sticky headers and bottom bars excluded. • Skip manual cropping: Capture the element you need, ready to reuse. • Collect visual references: Save captures in the side panel. • Find things later: Name and search your saved captures. • Reuse colour palettes: Copy a saved element's colour palette as JSON. • Drag and drop: Retrieve saved captures and bring them into your workflow. HOW IT WORKS 1. Right-click an element and choose Collect element. 2. Or use ⌘ + ⇧ + E on Mac, or Ctrl + Shift + E on Windows and Linux. 3. Move your pointer to highlight an element. Press the ↑ key to select its parent, then click. 4. Paste the resulting PNG wherever you need it, or save it to your collection. FREE, OPEN SOURCE, AND PRIVATE Souvenir is free and open source. It only runs on a page when you use it, and your captures stay in your browser. Source code: https://github.com/katerina-vassiliou/souvenir Made by Katerina Vassiliou.
