I installed the rapid rewards shopping button but can't find it to use it.

If you click on it, you should see all your downloaded extensions with a thumb pin next to each. If you click on that pin, it should be pinned to your browser. I like the idea of this extension, and have been able to accumulate points with it. However, I'm rating 2 starts because of a couple issues with the extension that range from annoying to infuriating. The chief annoying thing is it constantly popping up on pages that I'm browsing even after I've dismissed it. sometimes I just want to look around and don't want to have it constantly opening up the popup. Stop already! Often I want to browse with no intention of purchasing until later. Developers, please let me pause the extension so I don't have to select"try later" on every web page I load.

This is great when it works, but is awful when it doesn't recognize the purchase, and this happens fairly often. The burden becomes yours and it's not always easy to provide the necessary order info so far after the fact since you cannot inquire and submit for at least 30 days from purchase. Also, there is no option to speak to anyone in customer service for help about it.

Coupons from other sites, including the merchant, credit card deals, other reward sites, mailers and other marketing deals that you may have received, can make your order ineligible. Cookies: Make sure that your browser settings are not blocking cookies which can prevent you from receiving your rewards. It is necessary for us to be able to track purchases in order to successfully post the rewards to your shopping account. This tracking function is performed using cookies both from the affiliate networks and from the retailers Rapid Rewards Shopping. Please consult your browser's Help menu for how to enable cookies. I am giving this 3 stars due to ongoing issues with using the Rapid Rewards Shopping button and not being credited my points. This continues to be an issue, despite submitting missing points and only being credited the missing points some of the time. When I make a purchase, I always make sure to have my Rapid Rewards button activated throughout the purchase.
