I'm a Jatz fan, probably that's why I purchased the subscription. IK they are trying to improve it but at least they can put some effort into providing better customer support. The only way to communicate with them is by email, but sometimes you will get a reply and sometimes you won't. They are never gonna just keep emailing you, they will disappear after an email for the next 2 days.

Don't buy this software if you are located in Canada! I gave 3 stars because I do appreciate Jatz work BUT I only use the chrome extension as a profit calculator but it isn't as accurate as Sellers Amp which I should have gotten. I am located in Canada and I haven't been able to attend the daily calls because of the time difference between the UK where Jatz is located. I don't find the discord server helpful, I am able to do mostly everything myself with no help. It is my fault for purchasing... Show more
