Overview

Score LinkedIn & GitHub profiles against your ICP. Weighted scoring, outreach drafting & company analysis. All inside your browser.

WHAT IT DOES / KEY FEATURES: 1. Score LinkedIn profiles against your ICP: Define your role criteria in Settings. Open any LinkedIn profile, click Score Full Profile to get a 0–100 score, tiered result (Strong / Potential / Weak), and a dimension-by-dimension breakdown with evidence. Tip: you can upload any profile as a PDF into the extension for a more comprehensive assessment. 2. Analyse GitHub profiles: Open any GitHub profile and switch to the GitHub tab. Get a language breakdown by byte count across all public repos, notable projects, a technical summary, a personalised outreach hook, and a Suitability Fit Signal against your active role. 3. Upload a JD to auto-generate your role setup: Drop a job description PDF onto the role form. Sourcing Copilot extracts the role name, ICP criteria, and weighted dimensions automatically — no manual entry needed. 4. Draft personalised outreach in seconds: Generate a LinkedIn connection request or InMail grounded in the candidate's actual background. Tone matching via your own example message in Settings. 5. Scan and analyse companies: Extract employer names from a profile and run an ICP-fit analysis on each — industry, size, stage, B2B/B2C, and relevance to your role. 6. Build and compare shortlists: Save scored candidates (LinkedIn and GitHub) to role-specific shortlists. Filter by source, compare scores side by side, view dimension notes, export to CSV, and draft outreach directly from the shortlist view. HOW TO GET STARTED: - Install the extension - Go to Settings and add your Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic API key - Upload a JD PDF to auto-create your first role, or configure it manually with ICP criteria and weighted dimensions - Add your name and hiring company (required for personalised outreach) - Open any LinkedIn profile and click Score Full Profile - For GitHub: open the GitHub tab and complete the one-time token setup (free, takes 1 minute, no special permissions needed) PRIVACY: Sourcing Copilot does not collect, store or transmit any data to the developer or any third party other than the services you configure. Profile text and JD content are sent directly from your browser to your chosen AI provider using your own API key. GitHub data is fetched directly from GitHub's API using your own Personal Access Token, stored locally in your browser only. No data passes through our servers. Full privacy policy available at the link below. REQUIRES: - A Google Gemini, Open AI, or Anthropic API key - A GitHub Personal Access Token for GitHub profile scanning (free, no special scopes needed) - Chrome browser - A LinkedIn account
