Sourcing Copilot lives in your browser as a side panel and helps you score LinkedIn profiles against your Ideal Candidate Profile (ICP) with weighted dimensions and structured reasoning. WHAT IT DOES / KEY FEATURES 1.Score LinkedIn profiles against your ICP: Define your role criteria inside settings. Once you open a LinkedIn profile, click 'score profile' to get a 0–100 score, tiered (Strong / Potential / Weak), and with dimension-by-dimension breakdown. 2. Upload a LinkedIn PDF for complete accuracy: LinkedIn truncates long profiles on screen. Export any profile as a PDF and drop it into the extension for a more complete assessment. 3. Draft personalised outreach in seconds: Generate a LinkedIn connection request or InMail draft grounded in the candidate's actual background. Tone matching via your own example message in settings. 4. Scan and analyse companies: Extract employer names from the profile and run an ICP-fit analysis on each — industry, size, stage, B2B/B2C, and relevance to your role. 5. Build and compare shortlists: Save scored candidates to role-specific shortlists. Compare scores side by side, view dimension notes, export to CSV, and draft outreach directly from the shortlist view. HOW TO GET STARTED - Install the extension - Go to Settings and add your Gemini or OpenAI API key (paid tier recommended for regular use) - Create a role with your ICP criteria and weighted dimensions - Add your name and hiring company (required for personalised outreach) - Open any LinkedIn profile and click Score Full Profile (or save the profile as a PDF and drop it into the extension for best results) PRIVACY Sourcing Copilot does not collect, store or transmit any data to the developer or any third party other than the AI provider you configure (Google Gemini or OpenAI).
