SourceSwitch
Overview
User-controlled domain filtering with alternative redirects
SourceSwitch is a browser extension that gives users control over which websites and services their browser can access. It includes a small set of preconfigured defaults that can be modified or disabled at any time, and allows redirecting certain pages to alternative sources instead of simply stopping the page. Features: • Block direct navigation to selected websites • Redirect certain pages to alternative sources when available • Optional link rewriting to reduce accidental clicks • Optional strict mode for blocking selected third-party resources • Per-site exceptions and temporary bypass options SourceSwitch runs entirely in your browser. It does not collect data, use analytics, or make external network requests. All settings are stored locally and are fully transparent to the user.
