Ever found a useful claim, insight, or quote online and later struggled to remember where it came from? SourceDrop makes it easy to capture selected text along with the page title, URL, and date, so you can revisit your sources and reuse what you've discovered without building a complicated bibliography. ## Built for people who work with information Whether you're researching a topic, checking a claim, preparing an article, studying a subject, or collecting ideas for a project, SourceDrop helps you keep track of where information came from. ## Simple workflow 1. Select text on a webpage. 2. Right-click and choose **“Save quote with source.”** 3. Find your saved clips whenever you need them. 4. The current version does not use analytics, tracking, AI services, or a remote backend.
