How it works SoundSphere reads which tabs are playing audio and shows a badge with the number of active audio tabs. From the popup you can: • Control which tab is active • Focus noisy tabs • (Optional) adjust boost levels if supported by your setup Permissions explained • Tabs & activeTab – needed to detect which tabs are playing audio and to let you jump to or mute them. • Storage – used to save your settings (for example, preferred boost level or UI options). • Host permissions (<all_urls>) – required so the content script can run where audio is playing and apply volume adjustments. Privacy • SoundSphere does not collect, store, or sell your personal data. • No tracking, analytics, or hidden network requests are performed by this extension. • All processing happens locally in your browser.
