Price Sorter is a lightweight Chrome extension that helps keep true price order on Allegro and OLX. When you choose to sort by price (ascending or descending), the extension reorders the visible offers so the sequence matches the prices — taking into account how each listing is built (including distinguishing regular offers from other entry types on the page, where the page structure allows). Who is it for? Anyone who often browses Allegro and OLX and wants to see the cheapest or most expensive offers faster on the current results list, without relying only on the site’s default layout (which may mix in promotions and other placements). How to use it Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and make sure it is enabled. Open Allegro (allegro.pl) or OLX (olx.pl) and search or browse categories as usual. On the results page, turn on price sorting (lowest or highest first) — the same way you always do on each site. The extension runs automatically on supported pages: it orders listing items by price and follows the direction you selected on the site. Click the extension icon in the toolbar to open the popup and see the status for Allegro and OLX (e.g. whether sorting is active in the current session). Note: the extension effectively kicks in when price sorting is enabled on the page — without that, the sorting logic does not run. Because single-page apps can change the URL or content without a full reload, the extension can run again after navigation or when the listing updates. What you see in the extension A popup with a short summary: separate status for Allegro and OLX (e.g. active / inactive depending on whether sorting succeeded at that moment). The UI is available in Polish and English (according to Chrome / browser language settings). Privacy and data The extension does not send data to external servers. It does not collect personal data for analytics. Only minimal technical information is stored locally in your browser (e.g. a simple sorting state per domain — to show status in the popup). Scripts may read page content only to sort the visible results on Allegro and OLX pages you visit. Limitations (important) It works only on domains listed in the manifest: Allegro and OLX (including typical subdomains). You need at least a few offers on the list for meaningful sorting; with a single offer or an unusual view, sorting may not start. Site layout and HTML can change — after a major Allegro or OLX update, the extension may need an update from the author. This tool helps organize what you see on the page; it does not replace each marketplace’s terms or seller price guarantees.
