SortMyChats adds the one thing ServiceTitan's messaging inbox is missing: organization. When mass texts go out, they flood the inbox and bury the conversations that actually need a reply. SortMyChats sits on top of the ServiceTitan ChatCenter and lets your team take control: • FOLDERS — Create named, color-coded folders (Mass Texts, Active Jobs, Leads, a CSR's name — anything). File any conversation into a folder in one click, or right-click it. • FILTER — Show only one folder at a time, or hide the noise: mute a folder (like Mass Texts) and it disappears from your main view. • AUTO-SORT RULES — Give a folder rules (starts with / contains / matches a pattern) and new chats file themselves automatically. Matching runs in your browser — message text never leaves your device. • AI SORT — One click and SortMyChats suggests the right folder for each unfiled chat. Review the suggestions, then apply — nothing moves without your okay, and you can undo. • BULK — "Select multiple" to file dozens or hundreds of chats into a folder at once. • REPLY-NEEDED TRACKING — Chats waiting on a customer reply get flagged, and each folder shows how many are unanswered. Filter to "only unanswered" to see exactly who's still waiting. • NEW-MESSAGE ALERTS — Get a desktop and on-page alert when a new customer message arrives (it skips muted folders and messages you've already replied to). A bell marks which folder has new activity. • URGENT REPLY ALERTS — Set a wait threshold (say 15 minutes) and get an urgent alert when a customer has been waiting too long — so no one slips through the cracks. • COVERAGE (OUT-OF-OFFICE) — Heading to lunch or off shift? Temporarily reroute a folder's new chats to whoever's covering, with an optional schedule that turns itself off. • AUTO-ARCHIVE COLD CHATS — Idle chats slide into a Cold folder on their own, keeping your inbox focused on who's active now. • SHARED + PERSONAL — Shared folders the whole office sees (great for assigning chats to CSRs by name), plus private personal folders only you see. • SYNCS EVERYWHERE — Your folders and tags live in the cloud, tied to your login, so they follow you to any computer. • TEAM & SEATS — Admins invite teammates by email and manage seats from a built-in team page. SortMyChats only organizes what's already in your inbox — it never sends messages on your behalf and never stores the contents of your conversations.
