The program seems to work fine with manual URL entry but the QR is not getting scanned, I tried google lens and various different types of scanner but none of them were able to detect the QR.

Thank you for your review. We are very excited about this very first review of our product. The access logs on the product's website show that several users have activated SoqTools via Google Lens. A possible reason why the QR code cannot be read is that the security settings for the QR code may have been disturbed. Try the following. 1. reset the SoqAlbum settings to default (press 'DEFAULT' => 'APPLY' in the Settings tab) 2. restart just to be sure (browser reload is sufficient) 3. scan the QR code with Google Lens. Another reason why QR codes cannot be read is pop-ups that appear on the QR code. A pop-up appears when 1. start SoqAlbum on your PC. 2. move the mouse pointer over the QR code. 3. the URL pops up on the QR code. This pop-up does not often affect scanning, but perhaps you were unlucky and it did. Remove the mouse pointer from the QR code and try scanning again. If this does not solve the problem, please provide the following information - Either the URL cannot be scanned from the QR code, or the URL can be read and SoqTools starts, but an error occurs. - Some information about the device accessed by Manual Link ID and those that cannot read the QR code. Is it the same single device? If not, are the two devices connected to the same wifi or is the device that cannot read the QR code connected to the internet with a mobile connection? We hope this answer is helpful.
