UI tweaks for solidtime.io: hide billing/currency, prominent day & week totals, and project filtering on the Time page.

Detailed description Small quality-of-life fixes for the solidtime time tracker, layered on top of the web app. Everything runs locally in your browser — no analytics, no servers. Features (each can be toggled in the popup): • Hide billing & currency — removes the billable / $ / € toggle from every time entry and other cost clutter, ideal if you track time without invoicing. • Today / this week summary — a compact bar on the Time page showing your total tracked time today and this week, using your existing solidtime session. • Emphasise day totals — makes the per-day total in each day heading stand out. • Project filter on the Time page (beta) — adds a project dropdown and filters entries in place; solidtime otherwise only filters on the Reporting tab. Works on app.solidtime.io. Self-hosted instances are supported when loaded as an unpacked extension. Not affiliated with the solidtime project. Permission justifications storage — save the user's feature toggles and an optional API token locally. scripting — register the content script on self-hosted solidtime origins the user explicitly opts into. host permission (https://app.solidtime.io/*) — the extension only works by reading and restyling solidtime's own pages and calling its API with the user's existing session; it needs access to that origin to run. Data safety / privacy practices answers Does the item collect or use user data? No data is collected or transmitted off-device. Personally identifiable info: Not collected. Authentication information: An optional API token may be stored locally on the user's device (chrome.storage.local); it is never transmitted to the developer or any third party.
