SoldKeep — eBay Calculator & Sold Comps
Overview
eBay fee calculator with your sold comps median and profit in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Germany, plus Whatnot and Etsy fees.
What will it go for, and what is left after eBay fees? SoldKeep sums up your sold comps right above the search results, gives the net on each listing you view and acts as an eBay profit calculator while you list. Its popup is also an eBay shipping calculator for US labels, with the eBay Standard Envelope for trading cards, and it does the math for three more marketplaces. Beyond America, it knows the fee rules of the UK, Canada, Australia and Germany. Each national site keeps its own fee table, tax rules and currency. Private and business seller fees are both covered. Where to start 1. Press the extension icon and pick your marketplace. 2. Sign in and search with the Sold filter. 3. A summary appears right above the results. 4. Add what you paid to see what you keep. 📊 Comps summary • Median, middle half, minimum and maximum • How many made it into the stats and the latest date • Separate auction and Buy It Now medians • A condition filter built from what you see • A second figure with postage when most cards include it • Sales velocity: how many went in 7, 14 and 30 days, and the daily pace Parts-only finds, lots and as-is goods are left out unless your query asks for them. Accepted offers hide the real total, so they are flagged and kept out; where the agreed sum is on display, the item line goes by it. Outliers far from the rest are set aside too, and on the other four sites so are goods shipped from abroad, so the stats reflect domestic trade; when too few of those remain, they return. Each group sits in a chip with a number, and pressing it brings the group back. Only what is already loaded is used: up to 240 when you choose that page size, nothing fetched in the background. Velocity reads the sales history on screen, each by its own date. With more results beyond this page, it says at least, and the daily pace is a floor. 👤 One shop at a glance Filter by one shop and the panel adds a row: how many went, the total and the average. Only this page is used, postage aside, while accepted offers and those without a usable price stay apart. 🔎 On item pages Under the asking figure you see what would be left after deductions, by account type where one is displayed, with every charge in Details. See sold comps opens a matching search in a new tab, and Use my cost hands the details to the popup. 🏷️ The badge While you fill in Complete your listing, a short note under the asking amount gives your take-home pay, with the margin once you add what you paid. Expand the note to see each fee on its own row. For an auction it goes by the starting bid, with Buy It Now next to it. It only reads the form and never changes it. 📦 Parcels and envelopes For a parcel on the US site, open the estimate under More options, fill in both ZIP codes or pick a zone, then the weight and box size, to weigh a ground label against a priority one. For most addresses in the lower 48 states up to 20 lb, the estimate is a ceiling: label discounts usually bring it lower. Cards, coins and stamps worth up to $20 can go by Standard Envelope if they fit. Use carries the choice into You keep. It stays an estimate, and discounts vary. 🎥 Whatnot live auctions It is also a Whatnot fee calculator for America and Britain. Enter the winning bid, the delivery you cover and your giveaways, and see the payout after commission and processing. The break-even bid is the lowest winning bid that leaves you at zero or above. 🧶 Handmade and vintage As an Etsy fee calculator, it adds up the listing, transaction and processing charges for your shop country, plus Offsite Ads when an order came from them. Etsy seller fees for the five countries above are built in; elsewhere, you add your own rate. Enter what you spent on the piece to get your profit, or get the asking figure for a target margin. 📣 Return on ad spend A third tab turns what you spent on a campaign and the revenue it brought into your ROAS, set against the break-even point for your margin. 👗 Depop How much does Depop take from a sale? Here the popup is a Depop fee calculator for America and Australia: enter the price, postage and what you paid to see your payout and profit after processing and any Boost. 🧮 All the numbers On the five national sites, it takes: • Where you are registered • Price, delivery and sales tax where checkout adds it • Category, Store tier or plan, as well as account type and level • VAT or GST status, or province, where they apply • Promoted General, international fee and currency conversion • What you paid, postage label, other costs and a custom final value fee You get your net, ROI, the break-even point and the highest Promoted General rate that leaves you at or above zero. The second tab, Find my price, works backwards from the amount or percentage you want to end up with. Pick UK private, or Australia without a plan, and you can start from what shoppers see with the Buyer Protection fee. Try an example fills in sample numbers. Not included: Promoted Priority (cost per click), Store subscriptions, insertion and dispute charges. Who it helps • Resellers sourcing a haul who need a quick, honest number • Anyone flipping thrift finds who checks the math before publishing • Live hosts planning a stream and its giveaways • Makers checking whether a campaign pays • Card, comic and book dealers, whose categories have their own fee levels eBay, Whatnot, Etsy and Depop are trademarks of their owners. SoldKeep is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Privacy • Reads: only the tab you opened, inside your browser; for other marketplaces, only what you type. • Saves: only your own inputs and settings, synced by Chrome like any extension setting. • Sends: nothing. No analytics, no account, no server. FAQ How much can I sell it for? Search for it with the Sold filter on. The median above the results is what similar goods went for recently, and the middle half gives the usual range. Why do I have to sign in? History is visible only to signed-in users. SoldKeep needs no password of its own. Which countries does it cover? The US and four more: the UK, Canada, Australia and Germany. The fee math works on all five; so do the summary and the item line, and the badge wherever its form is supported. What do Whatnot fees take from each lot? Commission and payment processing come off each lot, then the shipping you cover and your giveaways come off the payout. Each part gets its own row, so you know where the payout goes. Are Etsy Ads worth it for my shop? They are when the return on ad spend beats the break-even point for your margin. The third tab gives both from what you type, so you see whether they pay. Do private sellers in the UK and Germany pay anything? Usually no final value fee and no per-order fee. Still, the international fee and Promoted General apply, and both are deducted. In Britain, Buyer Protection is added on top for the buyer, so the medians there already hold it, and you see both. How big is the fee on a typical order? In the US, without a Store, most categories pay 13.6% of the total up to $7,500, tax included, plus $0.30 or $0.40 per order. Every fee is on its own line, so you know each deduction before you publish. Is the fee charged on delivery and tax too? Yes. The final value fee applies to the whole total, delivery and any tax included, and SoldKeep does the same. That tax comes from the buyer, so it is never part of your profit. What if I am registered in another country? The fee table of your marketplace applies. Registration changes the international fee, currency conversion and the tax on each fee: set it under More options, along with your own final value fee rate. Only residents get the zero-fee rules. Does it cost anything? There is no payment, no account and no usage limit. Where do I report a problem? Use Report a problem in the popup, the summary, the item line or the badge; it opens an email to support. If it saves you a few minutes on your next haul, please rate it in the store.
