Sold Stats for eBay: Prices & Sell-Through

Sold Stats adds one panel to any eBay search results page and answers the only question that matters before you list something: does this actually sell? WHAT YOU SEE It reads the sold items already on the page, so you get the sold history for that exact search rather than a guess from a database that was built last month. - Sell-through rate: sold listings divided by active ones. Above 100% means more sold than are currently listed, which is the number resellers hunt for. - Median sold price, and the typical range that the middle 80% of sales landed in. - How many sold, and how many sellers you would be competing against. - Sold per day, read from the dated sales on the page. - A one-line verdict, so you do not have to interpret five numbers. HOW IT WORKS Everything is calculated from listings your browser has already loaded, plus one request for the same search in the opposite view, the request you would make yourself by clicking eBay's own "Sold items" filter. There is no server behind this extension. Nothing you search for is sent anywhere. There is no account to create, no API key, no subscription, and no usage limit. That is also why it is free: it costs nothing to run. HONEST ABOUT ITS LIMITS Statistics come from one page of results, up to 240 sold listings. That is a large sample, but it is still a sample, so sold-per-day is shown as a floor rather than a precise market rate. eBay's own result counts are rounded, which puts a few percent of slack in any sell-through figure, in this tool and in every other one. Prices are read structurally rather than by eBay's CSS class names, so a layout change on eBay's side does not silently corrupt the numbers. Works on eBay's national sites across North America, Europe and Australia; the support page lists exactly which ones. eBay shows sold listings only to a signed-in user, so sign in first.
