A mindful pause for distraction sites.
Many extensions block distractions. This can be frustrating and, often, simply leads to uninstall. Softstop adds friction to distracting sites with a gentle pause. It periodically stops the doomscroll flow with a beautiful painting and a custom message. You can look at the painting, quit the tab, or dismiss it after a short pause. We believe this nudging is more effective than blocking. The goal isn't rigid self-control, it is awareness and intentional scrolling. Add distracting sites. Softstop will gently nudge you away from them.
