SocialCopilot is a local-first Chrome workspace for operators who run their business through social platforms. Build audiences, write reply templates with variations, sequence multi-step follow-ups, pace your messaging to existing contacts, and keep multi-platform conversations under control, across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Reddit. Everything runs in your own authenticated browser session. No headless bots. SocialCopilot is built for talking to the people in your existing network, your audience, customers, mutual connections, prior conversations, and contacts where you have a lawful basis to message them. WORKSPACE DASHBOARD A single side-panel view of your active sequences, queued sends, replies waiting on you, today's send window, and reliability monitor — before you open any social tab. 2. AUDIENCES Import contacts from CSV, sync your existing connections, source from supported discovery surfaces (likers, commenters, hashtag participants, group members where the platform permits visibility), group by source or by stage, and tag conversations. Audiences live in chrome.storage.local. Your contacts never touch a LuSoft server. 3. SEQUENCES Coordinate multi-step follow-up workflows: define each step's message, the cooldown between steps, daily caps, send windows, and pause-on-reply behaviour. You write the messages. SocialCopilot queues, paces, and surfaces them for your review. 4. TEMPLATES WITH VARIATIONS A library of reply and follow-up templates with placeholder variables (recipient name, context, etc.) and content variations, so the same workflow stays personal across different conversations. Insert with one click. 5. PACING & ACCOUNT HEALTH Conservative defaults pre-filled. Randomised intervals, batch breaks, daily caps, and send windows. The Safety center (in-app: **Safety** in the sidebar) surfaces your current pacing against each platform's published rate limits, and flags risky settings before you start a run. 6. REPLY DETECTION The moment a contact replies on a connected platform, the sequence pauses on that thread. You take it from there. No autonomous responses. 7. OPTIONAL BYOK DRAFT-ASSIST (Pro) Bring your own API key from an AI provider you choose (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and use it as a personal writing aid to draft messages. Every draft is reviewed and sent by you, SocialCopilot does not autonomously send AI-generated content. — FIVE PILLARS — LOCAL-FIRST. When you sign in, only your Google account UID and email are stored (Firebase Authentication) so we can recognise your Pro entitlement across devices. When you upgrade, billing is handled by Stripe. LuSoft never sees your card details. When you enable BYOK draft-assist, prompts go directly from your browser to your chosen AI provider, never through LuSoft servers.
