The extension doesn´t work

When I click the icon to use your tool, doesn´t work.
It just open a blank window and that´s it
How can I send you a screenshot?

Page is not loading

When trying to display analytics for a specific facebook page (not mine), it will not show up anything, just an Adlibrary helper page with almost anything displayed on it
