This plugin helps to reduce social media usage. It shows a big red timer on all supported social media pages. The timer keeps track of daily usage of social media. There is a button to hide the timer for 1 min. The timer is intended to be very annoying. And it obscures part of the screen to reduce the attractiveness of social media site.
