It gives you control over Reels, Shorts, FYP and Spotlight across all major platforms — without removing the parts of social media that actually matter. Supported platforms: Instagram (Reels) · YouTube (Shorts) · TikTok (For You Page) · Facebook (Reels) · Snapchat (Spotlight) 4 flexible modes per platform: Block — Completely removes short video feeds and redirects you away. Navigation links are hidden so you won't be tempted. Black & White — Short videos still play, but the page gradually turns grayscale the more you watch. A subtle visual reminder to move on. Limit — Set a daily video limit (up to 500). Once reached, the feed is blocked for the rest of the day. Counter resets at midnight. Timer — A persistent on-screen timer shows how long you've spent watching short videos today. Time carries over across platforms, so you always see the full picture. Additional features: • Focus Sessions: Temporarily block all short content for a set duration • Scheduled blocking: Set recurring time windows where short videos are automatically blocked • Cross-platform stats: Track daily, weekly and monthly viewing habits per platform • Lightweight: No tracking, no accounts, no data collection. Everything stays in your browser. Social Focus doesn't block social media entirely. You can still message friends, browse profiles, check your feed and use every other feature.
