Social Downloader - Reels & Photo Saver HD

Save 4K/2K/1080p Reels, Stories with audio, original uncropped photos, carousels, and full profiles (compatible with FB & IG).

Social Downloader lets you save high-definition Reels, Stories, and videos (up to 4K, 2K, and 1080p Full HD with original audio), full-resolution uncropped photos, and complete multi-photo albums directly to your computer with a single click. KEY FEATURES • High-Definition Video & Reels Saving (4K / 2K / 1080p Full HD): Automatically detects and muxes the highest available video resolution with full original audio, rather than low-bitrate compressed 360p/720p fallbacks. • Story & Highlight Saver with Smart Auto-Pause: Displays a clean download button on active Facebook and Instagram Stories/Highlights. Clicking Download immediately pauses the story and locks the current slide source so it never jumps to the next story while saving. • Dedicated Channel Manager & Bulk Downloader Hub: A modern, full-screen 2-column dashboard to manage followed creators, track channels, and batch download content reliably without popup closures. • Auto-Track Followed Accounts: Automatically adds new creators to your tracked accounts manager whenever you click Follow on Instagram. • Smart Deduplication & Local History: Tracks every downloaded item locally in IndexedDB. Media cards display distinct [✔ Downloaded] status badges and timestamps. • "Download All Un-downloaded" in 1 Click: Automatically filters out already-downloaded media and enqueues only fresh posts with polite 1.5s - 3.0s anti-spam throttling. • Starred Watchlist (⭐) & Background Auto-Scan: Mark favorite creators to monitor. The background engine automatically detects new Feed posts, Stories, and Reels, updating the toolbar badge counter and alerting you via interactive desktop notifications. • Facebook Reels HD Channel Crawler: Automatically scrolls and discovers all video Reels from any Facebook Page or Profile with live count progress and 1080p/2K MP4Box multiplexing. • One-Click In-Page Download Buttons: Clean, non-intrusive download buttons appear right on videos, stories, photo slides, and post action bars—no need to copy and paste links into external websites. • Original Uncropped Photos: Saves photos in their native aspect ratio and highest resolution (1080x1350, 1440x1920, 1080x1920) instead of cropped 640x640 square thumbnails. • In-Page Instagram Profile Clean-up Mode & Bulk Deletion: Allows users to curate their own Instagram profile directly from the web interface. Toggle Clean-up Mode on your profile to select multiple posts, preview thumbnails, and safely bulk delete items with smart anti-spam delays (4.5s–7.5s safe jitter + breather pauses), real-time progress tracking, and an automatic circuit breaker. • Multi-Slide Album (Carousel) Support: Save individual slides or download the entire photo/video album at once with the "Download All" button. • Smart Folder Organization: Automatically organizes saved files into clean subfolders by creator username (Facebook_Reels/{username}/ and Instagram_Downloads/{username}/) with timestamps to prevent overwriting.
