Instead of aggressively locking you out of distracting websites, it tracks your active usage and gently redirects you to a mindful "Take a Breath" page when you hit your custom daily or weekly limit. By syncing directly with your personal web dashboard, you can easily set custom schedules, check your live progress, and even log quick journal entries to help break the cycle of mindless scrolling.
