Social Break is a minimalist site blocker and time tracker that helps you get your attention back. Instead of locking you out without a word, it tracks your active time and, when you reach the daily or weekly limit you set, redirects you to a calm "Take a Breath" page showing the goal you said comes first. Your limits, schedules and progress sync with your Social Break account, so the same rules follow you across devices.
