SOC Analyst Toolkit
Overview
A comprehensive toolkit for SOC analysts with IOC analysis, OSINT integration, and snippet management
SOC Analyst Toolkit is a free, MIT-licensed browser extension that helps analysts investigate security alerts directly in the browser. Extract IOCs from selected text, generate one-click links to 20+ threat-intelligence platforms, manage reusable snippets, and build structured triage prompts for your preferred AI assistant. Your data stays local unless you initiate an OSINT lookup or choose to share a prompt. ### IOC Detection and Analysis * Detect IPv4, IPv6, domains, URLs, email addresses, file hashes, CVEs, MITRE ATT&CK technique IDs, cryptocurrency addresses, and MAC addresses * Defang and refang indicators * Sort, deduplicate, and view counts by IOC type ### AI-Assisted Triage * Build structured prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or a custom AI service * Copy prompts to your clipboard and decide where to submit them * No automatic transmission to AI providers ### Text Utilities * Generate MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, and SHA-512 hashes * Encode and decode Base64 and URLs * Sort and deduplicate lines * Send text to CyberChef for additional operations ### Privacy * All data is stored locally in your browser * No analytics, telemetry, fingerprinting, ads, subscriptions, or paid tiers * Network requests occur only when you initiate them * Open source and available for review on GitHub
