Version : 0.0.0.2 Added an additional template button to load description in new call ticket and work notes in existing incident. Version : 0.0.0.1 This extension adds two additional buttons - "Strike Templates" and "Templates" in ServiceNow. On selecting any of the Strike email templates, it populates the email template along with the Incident number, Impacted users name and issue. On selecting any of the templates from Templates dropdown, respective templates gets loaded in the description textbox.
