unable to appear any events

Hi, there isn't any event appearing on my snowplow extension, even though with another people on the same website it works out fine.
What should I do to make it work?

Export the events data

Is there a way to export snowplow events data to excel or any other format.

unable to validate against S3 iglu registry

I've added my iglu registry to the extensions options and restarted chrome. All custom unstructured events still show as unrecognised. Any way to solve that?
