Snivex is for capturing a web page, marking it up, and finding it again later. Everything you capture stays on your own device, organized with folders, tags and search. CAPTURE • Drag to select any area of the page • Grab exactly what is on screen • Capture the whole page, top to bottom • Keep dragging past the edge of the screen and Snivex scrolls as it captures • Record the current tab for up to 3 minutes, with tab audio and optionally your microphone • Ctrl+Shift+S starts an area capture straight from the keyboard MARK IT UP The same annotation editor opens right after a capture, or later from the Gallery: arrow, line, rectangle, ellipse, pen, highlight, text, crop and a select tool, with undo and redo. Line width and text size can be nudged one pixel at a time or set from three presets. FIND IT AGAIN Captures land in your Gallery. Sort them into folders, add tags, pin the ones you come back to, and search across titles, tags and folders. Each capture can carry a short note, so you still know why you took it. TAKE IT WITH YOU Save to your computer as JPEG or PNG, turn a single capture into a PDF, and save recordings as .webm. Turn on auto-copy and the capture is on your clipboard the moment you take it. Export your whole Gallery as a backup and restore it on another computer. READ TEXT IN IMAGES Select an area and Snivex reads the text inside it so you can copy it. The recognition runs entirely on your device, in Japanese and English. MAKE IT YOURS Switch the interface between English and Japanese. Choose a light or dark theme, or follow your system setting. PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) Snivex includes an optional in-app purchase called Premium. Everything above — capturing, annotating, organizing, exporting and backing up — works without it. Premium adds: • Pixelate, callout and number-marker annotation tools • Auto-blur suggestions: Snivex looks for likely personal information on your device and offers those spots for blurring • Continuous capture, for taking several shots in a row • Keeping recordings inside Snivex, so folders, tags and search apply to them • Search by the text inside your images, using an on-device index • Auto-organize: reuse the folder and tags from the same page, learn from how you filed similar pages, and remember a destination you chose for a site • Group captures of the same URL into one snapshot history • Find duplicate and near-duplicate images • Seven smart folders: Unsorted, Today, This week, Pinned, Same URL with multiple captures, Possible duplicates, and By site Premium is a paid monthly or yearly subscription. There is no free trial. The current price, and how to subscribe or cancel, are shown on the Snivex Premium page. You are charged when you subscribe, and the plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal and keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. PRIVACY Your screenshots, recordings, notes, tags and folders — and the title and address of the page each capture came from — are stored on your own device. Text recognition also runs on your device: neither the image nor the text it finds is sent anywhere. Snivex does not use chrome.storage.sync, so nothing is synced through your Google account. Snivex talks to a server in exactly two situations: • When you choose to send feedback. Six things go with it: the rating you picked, the text you wrote, which question you answered, when you answered, your Snivex version and your display language. No screenshots, no addresses. • When you subscribe to, restore, or manage the optional Premium plan. That carries your email address and subscription status.
