On a Whatnot live auction it reads the current lot the second it starts; on an eBay item page it reads the listing; and on any other page, you right-click to check the item you're looking at — so you're never guessing what something is actually worth. WHERE IT WORKS • Whatnot live auctions — the value card is one tap away as lots change, with a real-time deal meter against the current bid. • eBay item pages — see an item's market value right on the listing. • Anywhere else — select an item's name (or right-click the page) and choose "Snipe value" to value it on the spot. Snipe only touches that page when you ask. WHAT YOU GET • Instant value card — CHOIL's median, typical low–high range, and sample size for the item in front of you. • Deal meter (Whatnot) — once you've checked a lot, it compares the live bid to market value in real time: green (steal), yellow (fair), red (over market). It never bids for you, never takes any action on your behalf, and never monitors or scrapes pages in the background.
