Overview

Capture the visible screen, a selection, an exact pixel size, or the full page. Save as JPG or PNG, or copy to the clipboard.

Snapshot takes screenshots of web pages four ways, and gets out of your way. VISIBLE AREA One click captures exactly what's on screen, scrollbar trimmed off. Alt+Shift+S does it without opening the popup. SELECT AREA The popup closes, the page dims, and you drag a box around what you want. Release to capture, Esc to cancel. The pixel size of your selection is shown as you drag. EXACT SIZE Type a width and height — 1080 x 1080, 1200 x 630, whatever you need — and a box of exactly that size follows your cursor. Click to place it. The saved file comes out at precisely those dimensions, so it drops straight into a post, a slide, or an ad slot without resizing. FULL PAGE Scrolls the page in steps and stitches the pieces into one tall image. Sticky headers and floating buttons are hidden after the first slice, so they appear once at the top instead of repeating down the shot. DOWNLOAD OR CLIPBOARD, JPG OR PNG Pick your output before you capture. Save a JPG for a smaller file or a PNG for crisp text and UI edges, or send the image straight to your clipboard to paste anywhere. ONE-SECOND DELAY Turn on the delay to capture menus, tooltips and hover states that would otherwise disappear. FILE NAMES THAT MAKE SENSE Files are named after the page title and stamped with the date and time, so a folder of screenshots stays readable: Plus Bytes Agen_2026-08-13_17-52-04.jpg BUILT NARROW ON PURPOSE Snapshot asks for no host permissions and cannot see any page until you invoke it. It makes no network requests, contains no analytics, and sends nothing anywhere. Screenshots are assembled on your machine and go only where you send them. Notes: Chrome blocks screen capture on chrome:// pages, the Web Store, and other extension pages. Chrome also rate-limits capture to roughly two frames per second, so a long full-page shot takes a few seconds. Pages that scroll inside their own container rather than the window can only be captured as far as they scroll. Made by Plus Bytes - plusbytes.com
