Overview

Capture contacts from any page and collect LinkedIn posts by keyword, into your CRM, your ATS, or a file.

SnappyHires Capture is for sales and recruiting teams. It collects business contact details and public LinkedIn posts you choose to capture, and sends them where you work: your SnappyHires CRM workspace, your SnappyHires ATS, another ATS or webhook, or a CSV/JSON file on your computer. Capture from any page • Click the floating 🧲 button, the toolbar icon, or press Ctrl+Shift+K (⌘+Shift+K on Mac). • It finds the email addresses and phone numbers shown on the page, with the name beside them where there is one. • Review the list, then send it. Collect LinkedIn posts by keyword • Set keywords, how recent (past 24 hours, week or month), sort order and content type. • It opens the search, expands posts and comments, and collects each post's text and author, plus any emails or numbers people left in the post or its comments. • Save searches and run them together. Collect people from a LinkedIn people search • On a LinkedIn people search (or Sales Navigator lead search) you have open, click "Collect people on this page" in the popup. • It reads each person's name, headline, title, company, location and profile link from that one page, and adds them to your CRM's review queue (or a file). • It warns you first: LinkedIn's terms forbid tools that collect profiles and LinkedIn can restrict your account. You must accept that risk before the first collection. • At most ten pages a day, twenty seconds apart. It never pages through results, opens profiles, connects or messages. Find a work email • Type a person's name and their company or website, or click a name you captured, and ask your SnappyHires CRM workspace for their work email. • The answer comes from your workspace's email finder, with how sure it is (verified, likely or an unverified guess). The extension never makes up an address itself. • Needs a SnappyHires CRM sign-in, and only works where the workspace has the email finder switched on. Send it where you want • SnappyHires CRM — sign in once with your SnappyHires account; no password is stored. • SnappyHires ATS — with your organisation's API key; captured people are added as candidates. • Another ATS or any HTTPS webhook — with an optional authentication header. • A file — nothing leaves your browser. It acts only when you ask it to. It does not read your browsing history, and sends nothing to analytics or advertising services.
