Capture an Express Entry or PR file from the IRCC portal into a clear review report. Read-only. Client data stays on your computer.

SnapEE is a review companion for representatives who handle Express Entry and Permanent Residence files. It reads the IRCC application pages you open, keeps what it reads on your computer, and builds a review report your client can check. WORKS IN Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers that can install extensions from the Chrome Web Store, such as Microsoft Edge, Brave and Vivaldi. Firefox and Safari are not supported. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in to the IRCC portal as you normally do and open your client's checklist page. 2. Start capture. SnapEE reads each section as you open it, or the optional auto-walk can open the sections for you. A bar shows what it is doing, and you can stop it at any time. 3. Generate the report, then print it or save it as a PDF. SnapEE only reads. It does not fill in, save, submit or change anything in the portal. WHAT THE REPORT INCLUDES - A cover with the applicants, their roles and a review note - Every captured section, in the order of the application - A list of anything that needs attention, such as sections that may be incomplete and gaps in address or activity history - Space for your comments - An optional approval block, with signature lines, an email reply phrase, or both - Your name, registration number, company and logo YOUR CLIENTS' INFORMATION What SnapEE reads is saved only on your computer, in your browser, and is encrypted there. It is never sent to us. When SnapEE checks your licence, it sends your licence key, a random install ID, a short browser label such as Chrome on Windows, and a platform name. When you choose Buy, your browser opens our licence server with your licence's ID, which is not your key, and sends you on to Stripe's checkout page. You can clear everything SnapEE has captured at any time. LICENCE SnapEE needs a licence key. Start with a free 30-day trial at snapee.ca/trial. After the trial, an annual licence costs CA$69 a year plus applicable taxes. You buy it from inside SnapEE, and payment is taken by Stripe on its own checkout page. WHAT SNAPEE DOES NOT DO - It does not read uploaded documents or PDFs. - It works only on the application pages of IRCC's secure application site, and has been tested on the English portal. - Reports for dependent children have not been tested. Check a child's sections against the portal. - Some items, such as certain city names, may appear as a number when SnapEE has not seen the name. - The report is a review aid. It is not an official IRCC document and it is not immigration advice. The representative who shares it is responsible for checking it. SnapEE is an independent product.
