SnapDrive is a private capture library for the things a bookmark cannot quite save: a passage you want to quote, an article worth reading, an image for a project, a link with context, a video to revisit, or a screenshot of what was on the page. Capture it when you choose, organize it before saving, and return to it in a library built for browsing. WHAT YOU CAN SAVE • Selected text and readable articles • Images, links, and video cards from a right-click menu • The current page URL with an encrypted page preview • Full-page screenshots and a selected area of the page SnapDrive asks where a capture belongs before uploading it. Choose a Drive folder, add tags, and assign a color. Create a folder or tag right in the save flow. Later, use the side panel for quick access or open the full library to search, move, tag, and manage your captures. WHY INSTALL SNAPDRIVE Your library lives in your Drive. SnapDrive creates a visible folder tree in your Google Drive, so your captures are not locked inside a separate content service. You can export selected items or your whole library as a readable ZIP containing files, HTML, text, CSV, and a manifest. Your captures are encrypted before upload. SnapDrive encrypts content in your browser with AES-256-GCM and sends the encrypted files directly to your own Google Drive. SnapDrive's separate license service handles subscriptions and device activation; it does not receive your captured content, vault passphrase, encryption key, or Google Drive token. Capture only when you ask. SnapDrive reads page content after you use its capture controls or context menu. It does not run a persistent content script on every page. Optional thumbnail access is requested when needed for a video card. Find what matters. Browse by real Drive folders, tags, colors, and capture type. Search your unlocked library, read saved articles and text, open image and screenshot captures, or share and download individual items. GETTING STARTED Connect your Google Drive, create a vault passphrase, and save the recovery code. Then capture from the toolbar, side panel, or right-click menu. Your passphrase and recovery code protect the vault; if you lose both, SnapDrive cannot recover your encrypted captures. SUBSCRIPTION SnapDrive offers a 7-day trial that requires a payment card. After the trial, a subscription costs US$7 per month or US$60 per year, plus applicable tax, and renews automatically until canceled. Checkout and billing are handled by Stripe for Alain Picard IT, not by the Chrome Web Store. Cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
