none of the images I upload will generate a color story. I've tried three browsers and it's the same.

Very Disappointed - I have used this for the last 2 years with my clients and it was always an instant color match, it took literally just seconds. Not anymore! I finally figured out how to use the thing saving the results to Pinterest. Navigate to the picture you want to color code (in Pinterest it can't be a board, you have click and be looking at a single picture) > click the SnapIt button you added to Chrome (the snap it banner will show up in the upper left corner) > hover over your photo (a color scheme will appear) > click SNAP IT > click SAVE COLORS > click PIN IT > navigate to the board you want to save it into > click SAVE ... does not work. nothing happens when i click on the snap logo next to the address bar. I have gotten a pop up once that says 'please sign in first'. I am signed in to sherwin williams website, so I am not sure what site or app it is asking me to sign into.

I wanted to see how colors looked on a front door. How hard can that be? Obviously too hard for SW web designers

Keeps saying I have to log in, but has no instructions to do so and only disappears when clicked on. I went to the website and logged in there, but the same message is appearing.
