Click a badge to see the basis: registered rent-stabilized units, or a J-51 / 421-a tax benefit that requires stabilization, plus the data source and an honest caveat. NEW: PRICE & RENT HISTORY SnagFlat reads the listing's own price history and shows the unit's real record — what THIS unit last rented or sold for, and how today's asking price compares (e.g. "This unit +3.5%/yr vs last rent"). Actual transactions only — "Rented" and "Sold" records, never asking-price fluff. Rental listings show the rent record, sale listings the sale record.
