Overview

Build and one-click apply standard replies, field changes and standardized New Call tickets on ServiceNow.

SN Helper puts your standard replies one click away. If you work ServiceNow tickets all day, you retype the same responses, set the same fields, and open the same kind of New Call tickets over and over. SN Helper turns that into a reusable, one-click library that lives right inside the ServiceNow form. Write a reply once, then apply it to any ticket — the comment, the work note, and the field changes are all staged in a second. You stay in control: SN Helper only fills the form; you click Update/Post yourself. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Standard replies — post to Additional comments (customer visible) or Work notes (internal), in replace or append mode. • Field changes — set State, Priority, Assignment group, reference fields and more in the same click. • New Call tickets — open ServiceNow's New Call form pre-filled with your standard values for fast, consistent ticket creation. • Live variables — personalise each reply with values from the open record, e.g. {{caller_id|first}} for the caller's first name, plus {{number}}, {{me.name}} and {{today}}. Grab any word of a value with |first, |last or |word2. • Click-to-pick — while editing, click a field on the form and SN Helper captures its real backend name and current value, even when the interface is in another language. • Field inspector — list every field on the form with its backend name and value; click to copy. • "Applies to" filter — incident replies show on incidents, request replies on requested items, and so on. • Backup & share — export your whole library to JSON (copy to clipboard or a file) and import it again, or hand a ready-made set to a teammate. WHY AGENTS LIKE IT • Faster, more consistent responses with far less typing. • Uses ServiceNow's own form API, so reference fields and choice lists behave correctly. • Nothing happens until you click Update — no surprise actions on your behalf. • The whole interface lives inside the page — no extra windows to manage. PRIVACY SN Helper does not collect, transmit, or sell any data. Your responses and settings are stored only in your browser. It reads the open ticket's fields solely to fill in variables and stage your changes on your own machine — nothing ever leaves your device. GOOD TO KNOW • Runs on any *.service-now.com instance out of the box; you can restrict it to specific instances in Settings. • Starts empty — you build your own library, or import one from a colleague. SN Helper is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, ServiceNow, Inc. "ServiceNow" is a trademark of ServiceNow, Inc. Made by ShadowSquad — https://www.shadowsquad.org
