You can also switch the instance language between Japanese and English. SN Helper is a Chrome extension that helps reduce repetitive work in ServiceNow admin and Workspace screens. It supports common ServiceNow admin tasks such as configuring list columns, filling Workspace forms from CSV / JSON, exporting data from the currently displayed list, and checking catalog variable lists. SN Helper is designed to work with your existing logged-in ServiceNow session. It does not store your ServiceNow password or send it to external servers.
