Overview
ServiceNow helpers: copy for handoff, SLA aging highlight, hide unused fields, create Jira issues, and a settings popup.
Adds a floating 📋 Copy for handoff button to ServiceNow incident forms. Click it and a clean, paste-ready summary lands on your clipboard. On list views, tints each row by how long it's aged since Opened, so the stale ones jump out: no tint → 🟡 amber → 🔴 red (with a colored left edge). These lists carry no SLA column (SLA data lives in the separate task_sla table), so aging is computed from the Opened timestamp, with thresholds weighted by Priority — a Critical reddens in hours, a Low over days:
