Мессенджер-мост для AlfaCRM: переписка в Telegram, WhatsApp и MAX прямо в карточке ученика AlphaConnect встраивает переписку с родителями учеников (Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX) прямо в карточку ученика AlfaCRM — не нужно переключаться между CRM и мессенджерами. Что делает расширение: — показывает историю переписки на карточке конкретного ученика; — позволяет отправлять и получать сообщения, не выходя из AlfaCRM; — автоматически находит диалог по номеру телефона родителя из карточки; — поддерживает вложения (фото, документы, голосовые). Переписка передаётся через SMSich (smsich.ru) — сервис доставки сообщений. Для работы нужен активный аккаунт SMSich с подключёнными каналами. Расширение работает только на страницах *.s20.online (AlfaCRM). Подробности об обработке данных — в политике конфиденциальности.
