SMS Reply Assistant helps a support agent reply faster on the Infotxt Cloud SMS inbox (api.myinfotxt.com). When a new customer message appears, the extension drafts a reply and places it into the message box for you to review, edit, and send. Auto-send is off by default — you stay in control. Note: this is an in-house tool. A license key from your team is required to activate it. If you don't have one, you can request a key from within the extension. Two ways to write replies • Keyword rules (default) — set your own keyword → reply rules; the first match wins. If nothing matches, nothing is suggested. • AI replies (optional) — turn on AI and add your own API key for Google Gemini (free), Anthropic Claude (paid), or OpenAI (paid). The AI writes a natural reply — using your keyword rules as its knowledge. If AI is off or unavailable, keyword matching is used. Key features • Your choice of engine — Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or simple keyword rules. • Pick your model — for Claude and OpenAI, choose the model that suits you, from fastest-and-cheapest to best-quality. • Human-in-the-loop by default — Auto-send is OFF; you review and send. • Optional Auto-send — when you turn it on and enter your Infotxt API details (UserID + API Key), replies are sent automatically through Infotxt's own send API. Auto-send cannot be switched on without those details. • Inbox & conversation view — browse your conversations and read the open chat's thread in the popup, including the reply the extension suggested or sent. • Reply cooldown — optionally avoid replying to the same number more than once within a time you set. • Never replies to old messages or the same message twice. • Live monitoring — the extension checks your Infotxt inbox every few seconds using your existing signed-in session, so it covers every conversation rather than only the one on screen, and keeps working when no inbox tab is open. You can change how often it checks, or turn it off, in Settings. Privacy & storage • Runs only on the Infotxt inbox (api.myinfotxt.com). • Everything is stored on your own device — your settings, activity, your license key, your AI API key (if you add one), and (only if you enable Auto-send) your Infotxt UserID and API Key. • The extension contacts Infotxt's own API to check your inbox for new messages and to send a reply you configured. • To confirm your copy is licensed, it periodically sends your license key and the extension version to our license server. No message content, phone numbers or API keys are ever included in that check. • If you enable AI replies, the incoming message text is sent to the AI provider you chose — Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI — using your own key, solely to generate a reply. No tracking and no analytics. Requirements: an Infotxt Cloud account, and a license key from your team.
