Smry.ai Redirector: One-Click Instant Summaries Smry.ai Redirector is a lightweight productivity utility designed to help you get the gist of any webpage or link instantly. By integrating directly into your browser, this extension allows you to bypass the noise and jump straight to the insights using the powerful Smry.ai proxy engine. ⚠️ New in Version 1.3: Deep Browser Integration We’ve listened to user feedback and expanded the utility of the extension. Version 1.3 introduces Context Menu Integration, allowing you to summarize content without even opening the tab first. Key Features: Active Tab Summarization: Click the extension icon in your toolbar to instantly reload your current page through the Smry.ai summary proxy. Smart Context Menu: Right-click any hyperlink on any website to "Summarize link with Smry.ai." The summary opens in a new background tab, so you never lose your place on your current page. Native Performance: Built on Manifest V3, the extension is lightning-fast and uses zero system resources when not in use. Privacy-First Design: We believe in the principle of least privilege. This extension does not track your browsing history or collect personal data. It only activates when you explicitly click the icon or use the menu. How to Use: The Toolbar Button: While reading a long article, click the "Book" icon to transform the page into a summary. The Right-Click Menu: When browsing news feeds or social media, right-click any interesting link and select "Summarize link with Smry.ai" to see if it’s worth your full attention.
