Non if the insert options doesn't work for me
When hitting tab/shift/any other option - the text is not inserted.

Disabling Smoothie Doesn't Disable Hotkeys
Hey there, loving Smoothie! :D
I use a website, HelpScout, that has the same hotkey to open their saved responses [CTRL + Shift + S]. I've disabled Smoothie for that website as well as disabled it altogether (not uninstalled), however when I use that hotkey the Smoothie editor appears and stomps the website's ability to open my saved replies there.
