Great idea, sadly it only works for Amazon.com It would be fantastic if you could add support for other Amazon "regions" such as Amazon.de

Would it be possible to add support for smile.amazon.de?

Happy with this and it works reliably for me. There are 2 small caveats: Addons like 'Https Everywhere' can end up competing with this to redirect links; I reliably got errors (and Smile Helper didn't work) until I uninstalled Https Everywhere. Issue two is that if you have saved off a shortcut to a file, or click a link in a document, you will end up on exactly that address - not the smile version of it.
