SmartStaff for Zoho helps you track work time in Zoho People without staying buried in the HR tab. WHAT IT DOES • Live timer in a compact popup (or optional floating panel on every page) • Office check-in / check-out with a clear status and clock • Week progress ring vs your daily required hours × working days • Today’s time logs in a collapsible list — continue or stop a log in one click • Active log controls: Stop and Refresh • Optional minute buffers for check-out and time-log switches (start / continue / stop) SETUP (first open) 1. Sign in to Zoho People in Chrome 2. Open Settings and paste your Time log URL and Week time logs URL 3. Set Daily required hours (e.g. 7.30) and Working days (usually 5) 4. Save, then Refresh TIPS • Use the extension icon for the popup • Turn on “Show on every page” only if you want the floating panel (drag from the grip) • The green ring is week completion toward your weekly goal • Header reload refreshes the page and the extension Made with a little Spootin magic.
