SmartReader is an AI reading assistant based on Chrome Extension Manifest V3, helping you quickly get content summaries, in-depth analysis, and AI answers to any questions while browsing web pages. ## Core Features 📝 **Web Content Summarization** One-click extract current web page content as Markdown, send it to your configured AI API (compatible endpoints such as OpenAI, Claude, Kimi, etc.), and get a concise summary. 💬 **Smart Q&A** Not only summarize, but also answer your specific questions based on the web content. Supports multi-turn conversations and continuous follow-up questions in the sidebar panel. 📄 **PDF Support** Encounter PDF pages? SmartReader automatically extracts text content and also supports AI summarization and Q&A. ⚡ **Streaming Response** AI answers are displayed character by character in the sidebar panel in real time, without waiting for the full response. 🎯 **Custom Prompts** Create, edit, and manage your own prompt templates on the settings page.
