Adds SmartCALLHANDLER features to NXT donation forms.
Enables integration between the SmartCALLHANDLER system and Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT donation forms. This allows us to populate the donation form with the selected constituents contact and bio details as well as enabling back office features for the taking of payments.
