Smart Text Capture turns visible content into editable text using OCR that runs locally in your browser. Select an area on a webpage or choose an image file, then copy the result, review it in the side panel, or keep it in local history. The Free plan includes 5 successful captures per day, one OCR language at a time, one imported image at a time, and the latest 3 history items. A one-time 3-day Pro trial is available without a credit card. Pro removes the daily capture limit and adds combined two-language recognition, image batch processing, complete searchable history, editing tools, tags, site profiles, backup and restore, and additional export options. Captured images and recognized text are not uploaded for OCR. Payment and license services receive only the information required to complete a purchase and manage Pro access.
