Smart Task Manager - your tasks, notes and reminders, in Chrome's side panel. Open it in any tab and your day is right there. No account needed to start, and everything stays on your device unless you choose to sync. WHAT IT DOES • Notes that turn into action — write in Markdown, with checklists, code blocks and tables. Tick a line and convert it straight into a task, and the task remembers the note it came from. • Save what you are reading — right-click, or press a shortcut, and the page (or just the text you selected) becomes a note with its title and link. Nothing is read until you ask for it, and only the tab you are looking at. • Speak a task — press the microphone and say it. "Remind me about the GTS call at 5pm" becomes a scheduled task with a reminder. No setup, no API key. • Reminders that find you — on tasks and notes alike, and a reminder can appear on the page you are already reading rather than as a notification you might miss. Entirely optional, off until you turn it on. • Quick add that understands you — type "Buy milk tomorrow 5pm p1 #home" and it files itself: date, time, priority and tag, all on your device. • Folders, tags and search — across tasks and notes together, so one search finds the thing whichever way you filed it. • Nothing is deleted by accident — deleted notes go to a Trash you can restore from for 30 days. • Calendar — see your week at a glance and move things around. • Focus mode — a Pomodoro timer for when you actually need to finish something. • Insights — completion, writing streaks, and where your priorities really sit. • Recurring tasks and reminders — daily, weekly or monthly, with streaks. • Twelve themes — light and dark, every one checked for readable contrast. • Optional cloud sync — sign in with Google to carry tasks and notes across devices. Skip it and the extension works exactly the same, offline. PRIVACY No account is required. Your tasks and notes live on your device. Nothing is sold, nothing is tracked, and there is no analytics. We never read the pages you browse — a page is read only at the moment you save it to a note. Sync, image search, voice input and the on-page reminder are each optional and each off until you switch them on.
