In home health care, every minute and mile counts. That’s why this extension is designed for home health agencies and care co-ordinators, and specifically prioritizes small US healthcare businesses that employ multiple nurses and want a fast, automated way to match patients to the right nurse. This extension integrates with Google Sheets, Google Maps, and Google Calendar to help care coordinators and agency owners instantly: 1. Find the closest nurses: - Pulls the patient’s location directly from your Google Sheet - Uses the Google Maps Distance Matrix API to calculate travel time + distance for each nurse - Prioritizes nurses by location, city, and your set priority levels 2. Check nurse availability in real time: - Connects to each nurse’s Google Calendar (requires Workspace admin or shared access) - Checks for at least one hour of open availability during the desired window - Only contacts nurses who are available to take the visit 3. Contact nurses automatically: - Sends WhatsApp messages to nurses based on priority order - Waits for a set response window before contacting the next priority level 4. Schedule and update calendars: - If a nurse accepts, the visit is automatically added to their Google Calendar This extension requires specific data formatting in Google Sheets with predefined columns for patient addresses, nurse information, priority level, and contact details.
